Pathway Academy is officially recognized by the New Jersey Workforce Commission to offer the Heat, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)  curriculum to students and residents of New Jersey.

All of our classes are fully online, allowing you to complete your training from the comfort of your home at your own pace. You have up to 12 months from your start date to finish the entire curriculum.

On average, our trade classes are completed in 8-12 weeks, with all courses totaling 120 hours. If you can commit 40 hours per week, you can finish in as little as 3 weeks. With 30 hours a week, it typically takes around 4 weeks. Since our classes are self-paced, the timeline depends entirely on how much time you’re able to dedicate to learning.

In our HVAC Academy, you’ll earn the NATE® (North American Technician Excellence) Ready-to-Work Certification, the EPA Section 608 Universal License, and the OSHA 10 Certification.

Yes, we do. Our mission is to support you in completing your chosen course and obtaining certification in your trade. We also offer career preparation, resume help, and interview coaching. Additionally, we’ll assist you in identifying job opportunities in your field that match your qualifications.
